Learning Yoga requires patience, and we teach it in the traditional styles of Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, and Ashtanga Vinyasa. Membership Guidelines

You’re welcome to join classes on any day the studio is open. No upper-limit to how many classes you can attend.

** Studio holidays will be announced at the start of the month.
